Our mission is to build a culture of respect and affection.

We’re a group of 95 people who love bringing creative ideas to life, from fast equipment rentals to full-scale productions. Kindness, humility, and commitment guide everything we do.

Our Chicago HQ team keep things running smoothly at our 5,000-square-foot warehouse, while our nationwide team of planners, producers, and technicians keeps us fast and flexible coast to coast.

  • Carbon Neutral via carbon offsetting since 2021
  • Over 5,000 devices recycled and diverted from landfills since 2015

Our Story

2003

Garage Beginnings

A traveling salesperson, our founder, Mark Aistrope, saw a need for reliable audiovisual in every city he presented in and started the company in his garage with a fleet of 20 projectors.

2005

Technician Network

Clients started asking for technicians to be onsite to set up the equipment. Our network was born where we vetted and onboarded hundreds of technicians across the country.

2007

Multi-Location Broadcast Events

Able to handle huge volumes of dinner meetings, we quickly became the go-to provider. We supported 366 locations for a broadcast over 3 nights for the launch of a new breast cancer drug.

2010

Computers and Devices

Expanded to carry laptops and iPads at scale. Our initial investment was a few hundred units that has now grown to over 10,000 laptops and 7,000 iPads.

2013

Cemented Our Mission and Values

We officially honed in on our mission and values, focusing on what accurately represented the team and our overall approach to working with clients and each other.

2018

Investment in Industry Expertise

Brought in key players across many roles to beef up our ability to deliver large, complex events.

2020

Navigating COVID

We took our existing virtual event expertise and retrained our entire team on virtual and hybrid events. Our clients trusted us for the return to in-person as well.

2022

Global Expansion

Our first large event in London that perpetuated us into a global expansion.

2025

Launching the Tomorrow Fund

We announced to our team and the world that 10% of our profits will now be donated to non-profits making an impact in our community, industry, and our world.
