Audio Visual Giveaway

Meeting Tomorrow Audio Visual Rental often has equipment that we recycle out of our active inventory. All the equipment is in good usable condition.

If you know of a school or non-profit organization in need of AV equipment such as LCD projectors, speakers, microphones, screens or other presentation equipment, please vote for it through our voting widget.

Current items being given away are two Optoma DVD projectors.



To Enter:

Simply vote using the widget to the right by entering in the name, city, and state of any school or non-profit organization in the United States you feel deserves the equipment. The top two schools or non-profits with the most votes will win.

How To Win:

Only one vote per computer will be counted so try to get as many people to vote as possible. Past winners used school websites, blogs and personal websites to encourage others to vote. Have your school or non-profit's webmaster post the voting widget or link to this page. Sharing this page or voting widget with your Facebook friends is another proven way to increase the number of votes.

FAQs

When will the contest end?
June 30th 2010, but the program may be expanded and increased in scope based on voter response.

How do I vote?
Simply use the voting widget located on this page or the home page to vote. Enter a school/non-profit name, city, and state.

What schools/non-profits are eligible?
Any school or non-profit located in the United States will be eligible.

Can I vote more than once?
Only one vote from each computer will be counted from the start to the end of the contest. The best way to get votes is to share this page with your friends on Facebook, Twitter, email, etc.

Can I put the voting widget on my own site?
We encourage everyone to place the voting widget their own site. To do so, simple click the share button on the voting widget and grab the code.

Can I remove the link below the widget when placing it on my own site?
We would like for you to keep the link so that visitors know who created the widget but the link is completely optional, so feel free to remove it or even rename it.
