Meeting Tomorrow is a dynamic organization looking to hire an Administrative Assistant who is excited to work in a fluid, fast-paced, high-energy environment. This position will report to the VP Administration and will support the President as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for general administrative duties to keep office of 35 people running smoothly
  • Evaluate, maintain and improve physical plant including phone services, utilities, repairs
  • Coordinate and participate in larger projects, for example upcoming build-out of new space and move
  • Assist the President with administrative tasks
  • Execute creative solutions to company social events
  • Remain flexible and fluid in role and plug in where needed
