Promotional event for Detroit Lions star rookie Ndamukong Suh
Meeting Tomorrow provided audiovisual equipment and tech support for a promotional marketing event in Detroit, Michigan. The event featured Detroit Lions defensive lineman, Ndamukong Suh (often called "Suh" for short), videoconferencing with Justin Tuck of the New York Giants. Suh, at 6-foot-4, 307 pounds, made our custom laptop look like the size of an iPod!
30,000 lumens projector for NASA airplane simulation class in outdoor hangar
With an audience over 100 and an event taking place in broad daylight, NASA needed a projector with some serious firepower. We sent in a Christie Roadie HD+30K (weighing over 300 lbs!) with an experienced technician to set up and manage the unit. The presentation was bright as can be and the class was a total success!
Red carpet grand opening for IEM headquarters in North Carolina
In August 2010 IEM moved their headquarters to Research Triangle Park in North Carolina. Meeting Tomorrow was called upon to provide a full red carpet setup for the grand opening - complete with plasma screens, a PA system and several Blu-ray players. Golf bag design kiosks at The 2010 PGA Championship in Whistling Straits, Kohler, WI
As part of the PGA Championship fan experience, our client hosted a "Golf Bag Design Station" in the PGA Town Center. The station featured 10 of Meeting Tomorrow's touchscreen kiosks, each pre-loaded with custom golf bag design software. Fans were able to create their own bags and engage with the brand using our interactive technology kiosks.
