Director of Operations

The Director of Operations has overall responsibility for directing the fulfillment function, which represents the largest cost element at Meeting Tomorrow. This position requires strategic evaluation of in house and outsourced fulfillment options as the company grows. Additionally this position is responsible for day-to-day tactical execution of cost effective fulfillment methods that provide an outstanding customer experience. The Director of Operations will be one of three key executive employees.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Drive cost control of the entire fulfillment area
  • Evaluate on a strategic level alternative methods of filling customer orders
  • Evaluate strategic growth initiatives based on core fulfillment expertise
  • Identify and oversee analysis of fulfillment data
  • Manage the existing warehouse and outsourced fulfillment functions
  • Provide leadership to complex and escalated orders
  • Develop long term strategy for future warehouse locations and technician network in major markets
  • Identify warehouse systems improvements to improve the utilization of inventory
  • Evaluate warehouse space requirements and improve utilization of existing space
  • Identify potential for improvements in the outsourcing process
  • Manage the preferred vendor program
  • Recommend new products
  • Develop a customer quality measurement for fulfillment satisfaction
  • Participate in development of the company's long term direction and strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated experience in fulfillment, supply chain management or logistics with a track record of improvements in a growing organization
  • Entrepreneurially driven strategic thinker
  • Business to business or business to consumer background in an organization having a significant internet presence preferred
  • Desire to contribute to the successful growth of Meeting Tomorrow on a long term basis

Marketing Analyst

We just keep growing and we need your help! As our customer base continues to expand, we are looking for even more ways to understand, retain and better serve our clients.

As a leading source of audiovisual equipment rentals throughout the country, we have a very diverse clientele with a wide variety of needs and wants. Therefore, in order to more deeply know our customers and reach out to them both effectively and efficiently, we are seeking a candidate who will lead initiatives in marketing, online and database analysis.

In this position you will work hand-in-hand with the marketing department to track, analyze and develop initiatives to increase customer retention and value. You will also evaluate the company's marketing efforts and results using performance analytics and metrics. In addition, you'll be responsible for offering conclusions and strategic recommendations based upon these findings.

Applicant should be detail-oriented with a general passion for identifying business problems and opportunities, and analyzing data in order to make informed recommendations and decisions.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Research and analyze the existing CRM database to understand customer base and develop marketing initiatives
  • Execute and track online marketing efforts (including SEO, advertising, email and newsletters)
  • Recommend and help implement marketing programs to increase customer retention, including customer follow-up and outreach
  • Analyze and track the performance of all marketing efforts and provide summaries and recommendations for improvement
  • Participate in and support all other marketing functions such as business strategy, product strategy, promotion, market intelligence, and online efforts
  • Collaborate with finance on reporting and measuring revenue lift from marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing or Statistics
  • 2-5 years marketing focused analysis and/or customer database marketing experience
  • Self-motivated, friendly, autonomous, strong work ethic, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven data management and analysis capabilities
  • Online analytics/optimization experience
  • Experience in analyzing data to improve consumer marketing strategies and campaigns preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access

Sales Account Executive

This position would join our sales team with goal of optimizing revenue for Meeting Tomorrow's equipment rentals and services.

Does this position require monotonous cold calls day after day? Never.
Is your take-home pay based only on commission? No.

In fact, our environment is just the opposite:

  • Our sales team spends each day responding to and following up with incoming customer inquiries from our nationwide internet-based advertising.
  • You will achieve sales targets by acting as a "concierge" for our clients, using your listening and problem-solving skills to help match customers' needs with our products and services.
  • If you easily build rapport with people, especially over the phone, then our consultative sales approach is a good fit for you.

Meeting Tomorrow is currently seeking part-time field support representatives to deliver and set up audio visual equipment for small meetings in cities throughout the US.
