Who we are

Meeting Tomorrow is a tightly knit group of high-energy people who care deeply about our clients and our work. With a wealth of audio visual experience and a passion for helping others, we've been blessed with incredible growth since our humble beginnings in 2003.

We also have a hard time saying "No," which means we'll do just about anything to meet the needs of our customers - even if we have to miss a few nights of sleep to do so. And while we work hard and take our commitment to service very seriously, we also know how to have a little fun. Throughout the week you'll see us mostly in jeans, and you'll even find two dogs roaming around our office to keep us entertained.

As our company continues to flourish, we strive to always remain flexible, responsive, creative and caring. These are the values which have brought us to where we are today, and they're the same values that will guide our business in the years to come.

What we do

Meeting Tomorrow rents audio visual equipment and computers for meetings and events nationwide. All of your equipment is delivered, and if you request, set up at your home, office, hotel or other meeting location.

In addition to our standard rental service, we also offer custom designed audio visual solutions for events of all shapes and sizes. Our creative planning and operations team is completely dedicated to helping you orchestrate any AV setup imaginable. From nationwide video installations to global telecommunications conferencing, we are fully equipped to handle even your most out-of-the-box request.

Management Team

Mark Aistrope, CEO / Founder

Mark founded Meeting Tomorrow in 2003 to create the best audiovisual and meeting services company in the world. As President, Mark is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's growth and expansion by: exceeding customer expectations; continually adding value to our services; and promoting a company culture that ensures customer satisfaction, professional development, and fun. Prior to founding Meeting Tomorrow, Mark held business development, sales, and marketing positions in software firms Revenue Science (formerly digiMine), Accrue Software and Marketwave. Mark holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Seattle University.

Karyn Taeyaerts, Vice President, Administration

As Vice President of Administration, Karyn is responsible for managing employee development, recruiting, accounting and office administration for Meeting Tomorrow. Since joining Meeting Tomorrow in the company's early start-up phase, Karyn has been instrumental in laying the foundation for the company's growth and success, and in building the most customer-focused, thoughtful, innovative team of employees anywhere. Prior to joining Meeting Tomorrow, Karyn held leadership and management positions with Allina Health Systems and Stratus Health. Karyn holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.
