Coffee Cup Visual Site Designer is a lower cost version of WYSIWYG design software similar to Dreamweaver and Expression Web.

RapidWeaver is a cost effective web design solution for those who use Mac. It is available for $79.00. Upgrades are available for $30. A 5 license pack is available for $129.00.
BBEdit is available for $125. A free trial version of this software is available for those who wish to try before they buy. A student version of the software is available for $49. To upgrade to the most recent version, 9.1, expect to pay $30.
GoldFish is a HTML editor for Mac. It is available for $55 and a free trial download will allow users to try before they buy to make sure they can get use from it.
Iweb is a template based HTML editor provided by Apple for Mac. No word is available on pricing.
