  • Mark Aistrope

    CEO / Founder

    Mark founded Meeting Tomorrow in 2003, with the purpose of creating the leading audio visual and meeting services company in the U.S. As President, Mark is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's growth and expansion by: exceeding customer expectations; continually adding value to our services; and promoting a company culture that ensures customer satisfaction, professional development, and fun. Prior to founding Meeting Tomorrow, Mark held business development, sales, and marketing positions in software firms Revenue Science (formerly digiMine), Accrue Software and Marketwave. Mark holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Seattle University.

  • Karyn Taeyaerts

    Senior Vice President, Administration

    As Senior Vice President of Administration, Karyn is responsible for managing employee development, recruiting, accounting and financial operations for Meeting Tomorrow. Since joining Meeting Tomorrow in the company's early start-up phase, Karyn has been instrumental in laying the foundation for the company's growth and success, and in building the most customer-focused, thoughtful, innovative team of employees anywhere. Prior to joining Meeting Tomorrow, Karyn held leadership and management positions with Allina Health Systems and Stratus Health. Karyn holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.

  • Lauren Reeves

    Director, Account Services

    As the Director of Account Services, Lauren leads the team that ensures Meeting Tomorrow is unequaled in our responsiveness, professionalism, and creativity in addressing our customers' event requirements. Lauren joined Meeting Tomorrow in 2006, and quickly earned the respect of her peers and the loyalty of clients, through her work ethic and unwavering focus on the needs of her clients. Lauren graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.A. in Business Administration, concentration in Marketing.

  • Taylor Olds

    Director, Fulfillment

    Taylor directs the team responsible for delivering on the (often extraordinary) commitments made to our clients, and ensuring the best equipment, people, and resources are allocated to each meeting and event. Taylor joined Meeting Tomorrow in 2006 as Manager, Warehouse Operations, and later expanded his responsibilities through his natural leadership and his absolute focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Taylor graduated from the Grand Valley State University with a B.A. in Liberal Studies.

  • Phil Hamstra

    Director, Operations

    Phil leads the team responsible for ensuring that Meeting Tomorrow continually improves the efficiency and quality of our services, by identifying opportunities for improvement in Meeting Tomorrow's processes and service delivery. Phil joined the company in 2005, and his knowledge and passion for audio-visual technology enabled his success in Product Management and Sales Engineering leadership positions, prior to his current role. Phil graduated from Valparaiso University with a B.A. in History.
